Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Caspian Coast Coffee merchandise.

Returns

• We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• To start a return, please email us at info@caspiancoast.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange apparel for a different size or style, subject to availability.

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items

• All drinkware, ceramics, limited-edition items, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
